Stock and Product line-up


STOCK

Tablet Enclosures can deliver most products directly from our own stock. Some products are drop shipped by the manufacturer. Every product has an indication of the stock level and if it is in or out of stock. In the Specifications tab the approximate delivery time is mentioned which, of course, depends on from which country is ordered from. If the order is placed before 17:00 CET and the payment is succesfull the order is usually shipped the same day on working days.

If a product is out of stock please contact us because we might have an alternative or we can give you an indication of when the product will be in stock again. Besides this it is also possible to receive a stock alert when the product is in stock again. To receive this e-mail you will have to create an account. If you wish it is possible to pre-order the products. This means you will place an order and pay for a specific product which you will receive as soon as it is available.

Tablet Enclosures has specialised in tablet floor stands, tablet table stands and tablet wall mounts for stores, libraries, schools, universities, restaurants and specifically events and trade shows. We are proud to have the largest collection of tablet floor stands, tablet table stands and tablet wall mounts in Europe from A-brands around the globe like Heckler Design, MacLocks, Ergo to name a few. Ordering and Payment

 

ORDERING

You can order at Tablet Enclosures using our website, by telephone or send us an e-mail. If you want a quotation please let us know.

Website: the most efficiënt way to order. You can pay immediately by creditcard or Paypal. This way you will have your products in-house as soon as possible. If you are a regular customer you can also order with payment afterwards.

Telephone: you can reach us on working days by telephone on +31 24 641 94 74 between 9:00 tot 17:00 to place an order. We always perform a credit check and depending on how it turns out you can transfer by bank or we will send the invoice after delivery. In case of a banktransfer it will take a few days to be processed by the banks. 

E-mail: you can also drop us an e-mail with the products you would like to receive. We will send you a quotation or order confirmation, whichever you prefer. We always perform a credit check and depending on how it turns out you can transfer by bank or we will send the invoice after delivery. In case of a banktransfer it will take a few days to be processed by the banks.

It is possible to order as guest or become a regular customer. If you choose the latter you can create an account you can log-in to. The advantages are:

  • Track the status of your orders.
  • You only have to enter your personal details once; nect time you order you just have to enter your password.
  • You can see your order history.
  • You can add a wishlist.
  • If indicated you will be informed as soon as an out of stock product is back in stock. 

DELIVERY WITHOUT VAT

If you have a valid VAT number it is possible to order without VAT if your company is based outside the Netherlands. In this case create an account and enter your VAT code without the country code (eg. DE0123456789 becomes 0123456789). Your VAT number will be checked by our system immediately. If the VAT number is OK you can purchase without VAT and we will send you an invoice with 0% VAT. If you encounter any problems please drop us an e-mail or give us a call. We can create an account for you (Clik here to check if your VAT number is valid within the EU).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All prices are mentioned without VAT. 

We have the following payment options:

IDEAL ► Only available in The Netherlands or if you have a Dutch bank account. Our payment provider is SISOW.
 
PAYPAL ► You can pay with PayPal even if you do not have an account with PayPal. In this case you choose check out as guest and you can pay with a creditcard. For payments with PayPal we have to add 3,5% to the invoice due to costs using PayPal as a payment provider.
 
VISA / MASTERCARD / MAESTRO ► If you choose payment by creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or v-pay) you will be directed to our payment provider Worldline e-payment services. Depending on which card is used it is possible that you have to enter your verification code.
 
BANK TRANSFER ► You will receive an order confirmation with our bank details and also an e-mail with the invoice attached. Please mention your order or invoice number with the payment. It can take a couple of days for the banks to process the payment but as soon as we have received the transfer we will notify you and ship the order.

MRCASH ► This option is only available in Belgium. Our payment provider is Sisow. 
 
DIRECTeBANKING ► If you choose this option you will be forwarded to our payment provider Sisow. You will need to register once and after that you can pay the invoice.
 
PAYMENT AFTERWARDS ► If you are a regular customer of Tablet Enclosures and/or pass the credit check it is possible to pay afterwards. We will deliver your order first and send the invoice afterwards. Our payment terms are 14 days after delivery.

Shipment and Delivery

 

SHIPMENT

Before checkout it is possible to see what the shipping cost will be. This depends on size, weight and country. After we have received your order and payment (unless you are a regular customer that can order with 14 days payment terms) we will ship your order. Usually this is the same day if we deliver from stock. Sometimes we work with drop shipments and it might take an extra day to ship. In the specifications of every product an estimate of the delivery time is mentioned. Most of the time we use PostNL, the Dutch postal service, to ship but sometimes also DHL, Fedex or UPS are used. DELIVERY

At the end of the day, or the next working day, you will receive the trackingnumber of your order. Normally you will have to sign for receiving the package. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a second attempt is made. If this second attempt is also unsuccessful you can pick-up the parcel at the nearest pick-up point or reschedule the delivery depending on the forwarder used.

Please be aware that in case you have selected to pay by banktransfer the processing of the payment will take a couple of days.

Returns and Swaps

 

RETURNS

► If you have placed an order but want to cancel it please contact our helpdesk on +31 (0)24 - 641 94 74 or send an e-mail to info@tabletenclosures.eu. If the order hasn't shipped yet we will cancel the order and send you a creditnote and refund you within 10 working days. 
 
► If your order has shipped but you haven't received it yet you can refuse it when it is delivered. As soon as we receive the cancelled order we will send a creditnote and refund the amount minus the shipping cost within 10 working days.
 
► If you have received the order please contact us within 7 working days for a return number (RMA number). The cost of shipping and returning the order are for the buyer. Always mention the RMA number on the box and include the invoice. The returned product must be complete and in the original packaging, as far as reasonably possible. If the product is incomplete, has signs of damage or use costs might be charged to repair or refurbish the product. The costs however will never be higher that the purchase value of the product.

► Exceptions are customized products that are produced to customer specifications and/or products that are BTO (Built-To-Order) like customised tablet enclosures etc. After placing the order the agreement is final and the product cannot be returned.
 
 
Steps for returning the item:

 Request an RMA number by e-mail or phone

► Please make sure that the product is packed so it cannot be damaged 

 Return the order to:

  • The Netherlands

 Return the package with proof of signature.  

 After receiving the returned order we will issue a credit note and refund as soon as possible but at least within 10 working days. 

SWAP

If you wish to swap a product the same procedure as "Returns" can be followed. We will refund the original product and you can place a new order for the replacing product.

Defects and Warranty

 

Tablet Enclosures guarantees that the delivered products comply with the requirements and standards one can normally expect and do not have any flaws or irregularities whatsoever.

Tablet Enclosures will help you in case of a defect product. You will receive a limited 1 year warranty. It concerns a so called carry-in warranty in which the buyer is responsible for returning the defect item. We will send the repaired or replaced item back to you free from charges. In case of a defect within 7 working days after receipt we will replace the item free of any charges.

In the unfortunate case of a defect within warranty:
 
 Please contact our helpdesk by e-mail or phone first (+31 (0)24 - 641 94 74 / info@tabletenclosures.eu) so we can see if the problem can be solved by phone or mail. 
► If the issue cannot be solved we will issue an RMA number (Return Materials Authorization).
 Return the defect item to us and mention the RMA number on the package (Tablet Enclosures, RMA: <your RMA number>, Heilige Stoel 6807, 6601 SV Wijchen, The Netherlands).
 Ship the package back to us with signature for receipt.
 As soon as we have processed you return we will inform you when you can expect the repaired item or replacement. 

EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY

Excluded from our warranty:

  • Damage due to dropping the product.
  • Damage due to moist, water, overheating and such.
  • Damage due to attempts to steal the protected product.

If you have any complaints about the received product or our service please let us know. We are always trying to give you the best possible experience dealing with Tablet Enclosures  but there is always room to improve; please give us this opportunity. 

You can inform us of your complaint by e-mail, phone or regular post. Our customer service employee will do whatever it takes to solve your complaint and hopefully make you a satisfied customer.

About Tablet Enclosures

 

A few years ago our CEO was attending an exhibition with his company in consumer electronics. He wanted visitors to try different kinds of devices. To prevent these from accidentally disappearing he was looking for ways to secure them. The offered solutions he found were either too expensive or too complex. A few years later this inspired him to start the company Tablet Enclosures offering peace of mind in high risk areas such as exhibitions. Gradually the product range grew and we are proud to present you with the largest collection of security products today in Europe. We have specialised in products against theft prevention for retail stores, libraries, schools, offices, exhibitions, public areas and are able to deliver (custom built) solutions for almost every situation.
